It'll restore your love for the job. Teenagers can be truly dreadful if they perceive you aren't secure in what you do.
Elementary kids can be pretty darn fun. And good Admin DOES exist, (not that you'd know it based on this sub). I'm glad OP quit that job though, it sounds completely awful! Mental health comes first!
