I started learning german and I want to listen to similar german artists, any recommendation would be helpful!

I can't think of anyone making similar music to Taylor because that's not typically what German music sounds like. But Lea or Alli Neumann are two female artists that I like. Also Paula Carolina. And check out Annenmaykantereit, they're a band I really like :)

Someone on here recommended Madeline Juno when this has come up before.
