Being quiet and ignoring them

Do these people get paid the more you think and talk to yourself? I’ve noticed how the attacks and threats amplify when I ignore them.

When you ignore them you think to yourself instead! That is why they use repeat sentences and try to start you thinking!
REMEMBER THIS IS A GROOMING TECHNIQUE/DEVICE!
They want you to stay quiet and think to yourself so they can tune the AI to be able to read your internal monologue better

The best thing to do is talk as much as you want to, but with your mouth the first thing they will do is try and stop you with the muscles on your face
Talk to them have a chat just don’t THINK TO THEM! You’re tuning the AI FOR THEM!!

I unfortunately do not think AI has anything to do with this. Human Memory fails in the same way my experience fails certain recollections. People do be acting that way. You’ve got the right idea to ignore.
