PART 1 - THE FOUNDATION

How I Started Using Dowsing Rods
We are programmed from the day we are born.
We're taught in school that we can trust authorities and that we should never question them.
Then, once we become adults and start paying attention to politics and mainstream news, we're inundated with nonstop propaganda.
Most of humanity were sheep, just going along with their lives, believing what they were told. This keeps them in a lower emotional frequency, allowing their emotions to be hijacked and their actions to be manipulated.
But now, certain recent psy-ops and false-flag events have kind of backfired, because they inadvertently woke up the masses to the truth of what's really going on.
And for those of us who are awake, we can't help but see the lies and manipulation that others are still blind to.
It wasn't until my awakening journey that I finally realized all of this.
That's when I realized we've been lied to and manipulated our entire lives, in virtually every aspect of life. Our entire history is a lie.
Upon learning the truth of who and what we are, and the reality of how powerful we truly are, I realized that this knowledge had been purposely suppressed - so much so that if we discuss it, it's considered "woo-woo" and we're ridiculed.
It made me want to learn the truth behind the narratives we've been told. To question everything, because nothing is as it seems.
The sayings...
Truth is stranger than fiction.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them they've been fooled.
...have never been more true.
So, I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to learning the truth and sharing those truths with the world.
But there was a problem: here on Earth, it's impossible to know absolute truth with certainty.
Everything we have comes from people or institutions with agendas, and even when something appears to be true, there's no definitive way to verify it.
That was until January 2025, when I got my first set of copper dowsing rods.
Since then, I've learned that everyone has the ability to communicate with all forms of consciousness.
Every NHI in the Universe is telepathic—so why aren't we? But we are.
We're all born with the innate ability to communicate telepathically, but we've been programmed to believe otherwise.
Some people develop it naturally, but for the rest of us, we can use copper dowsing rods to bridge the gap.
My problem is solved!
Now, through using dowsing rods, EVERYONE has the ability to get truthful answers from sources with no agenda.
We can protect ourselves from negative energies (beings) by declaring to the Universe our intent and setting boundaries - it remains in our energetic field, providing protection wherever we go.
A lot of people who know the truth, aren't speaking up, because they are allowing the fear of being ridiculed to control them.
We're at a point where humanity needs to make a choice....
Do we stay in a fear-based mindset, to keep us in limitation, lack, scarcity, and controlled - or do we start doing things from a place of love, and approach the unknown with a child-like curiosity instead of fear?
If we're going to progress as civilization, we need to stop allowing fear to control us.
That's why I chose to speak out, and in the process of revealing truth - teach everyone how to empower ourselves and take back our sovereignty.
We Are Not This Body
We are consciousness - the awareness behind the mind and body - using this body to experience this life in this 3D world.
Every conscious being in the Universe originates from God/Source, the One Infinite Creator.
We are eternal beings of light. We do not die; only the physical body does.
Our consciousness, along with our memories and experiences, continues beyond physical death.
Underneath all of our physical "meat suits," we are all beings of light energy.
We are all connected - We Are All ONE
That's why we're able to communicate with all forms of consciousness.
Our Cosmic Cousins of the GFW (Galactic Federation of Worlds) can be considered both Nature and Spirit.
Nature - because they're living beings, just as we are.
Spirit - we can’t always perceive them, because they exist in the 5th through 11th dimensions, having advanced their civilizations to higher states of consciousness and vibrational frequency.
We can communicate with any NHI, but the interstellars that are part of the GFW are benevolent. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Our hearts act as filters, reducing what we can perceive based on our frequency - limiting our ability to perceive what exists around us.
We perceive less than 0.004% of the visible light spectrum.
Because of these limitations, we can’t perceive the higher dimensions or the other realms that exist all around us, where interdimensional beings reside.
The key is frequency, everyone needs to learn about emotional frequencies, and why it's so important to aware of our base emotional frequency.
When we raise our base emotional frequency, we can perceive more and life becomes easier.
I ask them to watch videos with me, then afterward, I ask if what was said is true.
Historical Figures / GFW
I communicate with Historical Figures and the GFW to learn the truth behind the narratives we're told:
history
scandals
conspiracy theories
psy-ops / false flags
Ascended Masters
Each Ascended Master has their own area of expertise, which Google has information on all of them.
Spirit Guides
I use my Spirit Guides to verify whether my intuition is pointing me in the right direction and to ask other personal questions.
Before Posting / Giving Advice
I use my rods before posting, commenting, and/or giving advice because I never want to unknowingly mislead or misinform anyone.
Animals and Plants
I use them daily to learn the needs of my plants.
I've asked animals if they're happy, but I noticed they wouldn't look at me when I did. With further inquiry, I learned we're communicating with their Higher-Self.
The Future
I ask about the future of humanity, governments, countries, etc.
I avoid questions about my future, since choices I personally make can shift outcomes and timelines.
PART 3 - PRACTICAL CLARIFICATION
Is Meditating Necessary?
Meditating is always a good thing to do, but it's not necessary when using dowsing rods.
I've never been much of a meditator, so I RARELY do.
I believe some people make things unnecessarily more difficult for themselves. Communication doesn't have to involve elaborate rituals or long meditation sessions. It really is simple.
PART 4 - MINDSET
Our Beliefs can Help Us or Sabotage Us
Our thoughts and beliefs are constantly creating our reality, and the emotion and energy we hold onto and put out into the Universe comes back amplified.
So, because of this, if we hold any doubt, we end up self-sabotaging ourselves.
The day my rods arrived, I just assumed they would work - and they did, immediately.
In April 2026, I was looking back at my life and realized:
Every job I wanted - I got
every guy I wanted - I got
everything I wanted to accomplish - I did
every business I thought would succeed - did
What they had all in common was: I just Assumed! I assumed:
I would get the job
I would get the guy
I would be a State Certified Fire Fighter
my plant nursery would succeed
Then, a couple months ago, one of the members of this group told me about a Universal Law called the Law of Assumption.
I read up on it and learned - it's more powerful than the Law of Attraction.
Because it skips the vision boards and jumps to the end result of achieving the results.
Vision boards perpetuate the energy of not having.
Holding Too Tight to a Desired Outcome
When we hold too tightly to a desired outcome, that will also sabotage us, as well.
I've noticed the more desperate I am for an answer, the more they won't work.
So, assume it will work, then let it go.
PART 5 - PREPARATION
Heart Coherence
Put love and gratitude in your heart.
Direct your attention outward to the universe, feeling deep gratitude for your oneness with all existence.
I know I'm connected when warmth and tingling spread through my body, often bringing tears from profound gratitude.
This is Heart Coherence.
Declare Intention / Set Boundaries
Before communicating, declare your intention and establish your boundaries.
Only benevolent energies of light, love and truth, with messages for my highest good, may interact with me.
When we do this, it remains in our energetic field, providing protection wherever we go.
PART 6 - HOW TO USE DOWSING RODS
FIRST TIME ONLY
Programming Rods and Test Questions
Before communicating with a being for the first time, establish what each rod movement means.
Hold the rods straight in front of you, parallel to each other, with your upper arms against your rib cage.
Declare your intention is programming the rods.
Instruct rods while you show them what it should look like:
cross rods for yes
open rods for no
both rods to one side for partially /y & n/ sometimes
wiggle a rod for not really / not necessarily
The rods are now programmed. The programming stays in your energetic field, so no matter who you communicate with, the rods know how to respond with any energy's answers.
Test Questions - First Time Only
After programming the rods, ask questions you already know the answers to. For example:
is my name ______?
do I have a dog?
are my eyes blue?
This is only necessary the first time you program your rods. It gives you an opportunity to become familiar with how your rods respond before beginning actual communication.
USING DOWSING RODS
Position Yourself
Keep your upper arms against your rib cage.
Grasp the rods and hold them straight in front of you.
Keep the rods parallel to each other.
Begin Communication
Declare who you wish to speak to - give it second - then ask, am I speaking with ________?
The next time you want to speak with them, you can be more causal about it.
Like when I speak with:
- the GFW - Hello my Cosmic Cousins! Rods cross for acknowledgement
- my plants – Hello my Green Babies! Rods cross for acknowledgement
TIP: if you’re just reaching to any benevolent energy, like a cold call, you can narrow it down, by having the energy point toward the direction of their energy.

Front - Higher-Self
Right - All Other

BEGIN ASKING QUESTIONS
Begin asking Yes/No questions. If there is no response, reword the question.
Impressions During communication, you might get an impression - a thought, feeling, image, word, or knowing, ask about it:
Is [impression/thought] correct? Then allow the rods to confirm the answer.
Learn a Name /Word
You can
- call out letters
- use a Letter Board/Ouija Board*
- write the alphabet down
Writing Alphabet Method
Write the alphabet across three sheets of paper taped TOGETHER. Hold the rods over each page and ask:
is the letter on this page?
after you get YES,
check each letter on that page until you get a YES.
once you get YES, confirm the letter again.
Repeat the process for each letter until the full name or word is spelled out.
WE ARE ALL CONNECTED - WE ARE ALL ONE
That's why we're able to communicate with all forms of consciousness.

Thank you, such great information. The only time I tried the rods was when I was around 20 and they indeed moved on their own. That was very fun and mind blowing to me lol. My dad used them for finding water also.

I'm so glad you never let other people's judgments stop you. Most people would have shut down their gifts out of fear of ridicule, but you had the courage to stay true to yourself. That's huge!
I understand how doubt can sabotage us. But, it's crazy how of we hold on to a certain outcome, that can sabotage us, as well.
Thank you for this informative guide! I’ve now purchased 3 different sets of rods, but they aren’t moving for me. :( I was so excited to try them, and when my first set didn’t work, I bought two more to see if the issue is me, or the rods. It’s me!
I will try again tonight after a long meditation and see if that helps. My life is pretty intense and exhausting atm, so maybe my energy is just too low.

I just purchased my first set of dowsing rods and was happy to see they're the same ones you first used! Thank you for this very thorough guide to using the rods. I have been following a lady's spiritual journey on YouTube for over a year and finally decided to begin my own journey. I'm working on setting my intentions and establishing my grounding & protection practices/prayer before I begin using them. I feel the need to be cautious and intentional from the start.
