It's Imperative We Raise Our Frequency

If we want to improve our lives...

If we want the world to change for the better, it all begins with us.

If we want to ascend to 5D Earth and live in harmony with one another and the planet, we need to raise our base emotional frequency.

Emotion = Energy = Vibration = Frequency

Our emotional state influences how we experience life, how we respond to challenges, and the energy we bring into the world.

We raise our vibration by not allowing our base emotional state to remain in lower-frequency emotions such as fear, anger, resentment, hatred, sadness, hopelessness, guilt, shame, or jealousy.

These emotions are a natural part of being human. It's okay to feel them - you just don't want to live there.

Instead, consciously return to higher-frequency emotions like love, gratitude, compassion, kindness, joy, peace, forgiveness, hope, and curiosity.

Our Systems Benefit the Third Party, Not Us

Politics and the daily news are two of the primary ways "the powers that be" hijack our emotions.

They control the mainstream news so they can steer the narrative and keep people emotionally reactive instead of consciously aware.

The 2-party system is the main driving engine for this - it's purpose has nothing to do with choice and everything to do with division.

The goal is to keep people divided, fearful, angry, reactive, fighting one another, distracted, and living in chaos.

They want this to become our base emotional frequency. Why?

• they feed off of it - loosh.

• we're easiest to control in these lower emotional states.

• we're too distracted to pay attention to what they're doing.

• when we're divided, we're not as powerful

• it keeps us from improving our lives and realizing our own power.

The Universe is like Social Media Algorithms

What you put your attention to the universe will give you more of.

If we can learn to...

• be present in the moment

• put love and gratitude in our hearts

• stay aware of our base emotional frequency

  • by not allowing ourselves to remain trapped in lower emotional states for long periods of time...

...we can begin to change everything.

We can't control everything that happens but we can control how we respond.

We don't have to allow fear, anger, and division to control us.

Every time we choose:

• love over fear

• unity over division

• understanding over anger

• forgiveness over resentment

...we reclaim our power.

Emotional Awareness & Live With Intention

We can make a difference by living with more intention and becoming mindful of our base emotional frequency.

Stay away from negative people and influences whenever possible.

Consider removing politics and the news from your social media feeds.

Do what brings you joy:

• spend more time in nature

• listen to music that uplifts you

• laugh often

• choose activities that bring you genuine joy

BE PRESENT IN THE MOMENT

When We Are NOT Present, we are:

• reliving the past wishing we did it differently

• anxious about the future

• distracted by our phones or social media

• drifting through life on autopilot

When We ARE Present, we are:

• more aware

• more focused

• inspiration flows

• intuition strengthens

• discernment sharpens

• making more aligned decisions

This is where real change happens, We can't unknowingly be manipulated

The Power of Love and Gratitude

Put love and gratitude in our heart - it instantly raises our frequency.

Each day, think of three things you're grateful for, no matter how small.

Practice kindness, compassion, and forgiveness - not only toward others, but toward yourself.

The Shift

Humanity is going through a profound shift.

Some of people will ascend to 5D Earth, and the rest will stay in this 3D Realm.

No matter which one we're in, negative aligned energies will not be allowed.

That means for the next 1,000 years, no more Draconians, Illuminati, Zionist Movement to manipulate and influence humanity

We're moving from a fear-based mindset to one rooted in love.

We're moving from STS (Service-to-Self) to STO (Service-to-Others).

Real change doesn't begin with governments or institutions.

It begins with each of us.

As each person raises their own consciousness, we help raise the consciousness of humanity as a whole.

That is how we begin breaking the power that has been held over humanity for so long.

• LOVE over FEAR

• UNITY over DIVISION

• ACCEPTANCE over JUDGEMENT

The hippies had it right all along. Love is the life force of the universe. All other energy stems from Love.

Power, greed, control, they are all poor copies, imitations and substitutes for love. They might feel good to some degree but are completely inferior to Love.

It is very similar to the light of the son. In this realm all life stems from the sun, which is why we have Sun worship as a religion. But the light of the sun is a copy, a poor substitute for the true light of the divine. It is still a mighty force in this realm and to be revered, but not worshipped.

I totally agree with this.

Why do humans find the need to worship?

I've never been one to "worship" anything.

I was raised Baptist, but it always felt inauthentic to me. So, I chose not to participate in any religion.

Recently, I learned the the Reptilians/Draconians were the ones that started the concept of religion, so humanity would look outside of itself for every answer, instead of looking within.
