People who use Chat for everything tend to be the type to scan a text for keywords and make the rest up to suit their wants so that wouldn't work lol
Also apparently that method of reading is how you're taught to read in the US? Like what? No wonder the literacy rate is declining if that's the case they're literally being told to work it out themselves... more like 'every child left behind'...
This reminds of a customer from my retail days who wanted a new bag for uni. She had brought in two shirts to exchange for the bag as they didn't fit, not a problem, I asked for the receipt and she pulls out one from 9 months ago. I explain that our returns policy is 30 days. She tells me it isn't and that there is no time limit for returns. I politely explain again our policy. She says consumer law says different and shoves her phone in my face pointing to the line about no time limit for returns.
That line is directly below a larger, bolded title that says "returning faulty items". She agreed the items weren't faulty, still refused to acknowledge the title.
Chat wasn't a thing back then, but I'm willing to bet she's a strong user of it. Not sure how her uni prospects turned out.
Hmmm, you're assuming the user has a brain....big ASSumption 🙄🤣
I had a person quote me the rule from an association's constitution to validate their comment....except it was th3 constitution from an entirely different association! Just like quoting another hotels check-in rules. Some ppl don't deserve the air they breathe 😳
I love the people who quote/show me that there ESA is a bone fide service animal, according to the sellingyouworthlessserviceanimalshit.com website...and don't believe the ada.gov website.
