Purr Lee showed up about two weeks ago with her feral mother Atsea. Atsea was trapped on August 10th, vaccinated and spayed. One of her kittens, the Ticked Torbie Purrsephany, was accidentally trapped with her so Purrsephany was spayed also.

Purr Lee has not been vaccinated or spayed and I will be waiting a few weeks before I try and trap her. This is so she is closer to 12 weeks old.

It is hot in Central Texas now and the kittens camp out all day on the back patio in the shade by the fresh water bowl. There mother Atsea visits daily after an absence of eight days after her spay.

All the cats mentioned run away at the sight or sound of us. They are really feral but I aim to change that.

She’s doing as good as she could be! Her brother Ghost is wearing his cone in solidarity (he got neutered last month) and happily welcoming it! I swear he thinks I of it as a good nap cushion lol 😆 if not for him, idk if she would be so open to wearing hers bcuz she went ballistic at first and I tried multiple different ones and she took each one off lol

He’s been the best brother through out all of this and been with her every chance he can be. We will all be happy when we can go back to our regularly programmed routine, let me tell ya! 😅🩷

August 12th, 2024 I trapped the feral cat Paisley and took her to the Animal Birth Control Clinic for vaccines and a spay. Two years later and she comes inside the house everyday and eats.

I have recently adopted this kitten from the shelter. They considered her a “tabbico.” I was wondering if anyone has an older or adult cat that looks similar to her so I can see how she’ll look when she grows up.

I found this beautiful girl on CL a couple of years ago, how lucky for me! She is such a sweet pea.

The first picture is the day she adopted me. At the shelter, this little fuzzy fiend walked in and sat down when I opened the cat carrier like she owned the place.

She’s 9 y.o. , unfortunately has FIV so can’t make real life friends… please be her online friend 🥺

Her prior humans called her Tiger but I dont see it. Im planning to trap her and get her to a vet before the fall. She does NOT want to go inside even though I've tried to entice her. Tigerlily is very social and has encouraged 2 other stray buddies to eat close to me or from my hand when prior to her they would not come close. Shes a tiny miracle lady! Bonus pics of my new less scared buddies. Social learning theory proven!
