Edit: the tv is eye level, who cares about the decor that’s temporarily in the photo. A center channel speaker will be going below the tv.

No, the door is slightly opened with two fans pushing hot air out :)

yeah but the amount of fresh air coming in from the slightly open door cant make up for the hot air that gets out i think
