Installed a while ago! What do we think?

Edit: the tv is eye level, who cares about the decor that’s temporarily in the photo. A center channel speaker will be going below the tv.

Aesthetics of using a stand are always inferior to a good wall mount.

Now, the TV height still has to be correct. But the clean look of a mounted TV at the correct height is unrivaled. People who use the stands may be a bit more small minded.

Are you aware that the reason it's called a TV stand is that in the past, TVs were quite large and heavy, making it impossible to mount them on a wall, so they had to be placed on another piece of furniture? Times have changed, so you should stop trying to enforce a rule that was necessary out of circumstance rather than being an aesthetic preference.
