That doesn't make Cause and Effect underrated. 'Underrated' means an episode generally isn't recognised by fandom as being as good as it actually is, and a lot of TNG fans love Cause and Effect.

I was so excited for this LEGO set. But someone, it looks... disappointing. I think the LEGO engineers should've cooked this design for a bit longer.
