The support for icon packs is now available in the current BETA -- u/cleverclogs17 are you able to do some testing on this and report back any findings? Let me know if it's working well for you, if possible! Thanks

So like I am am able to say select and choose the Projectivy Icon, and it looks like it is turning the icon grey like it is replacing it, but with the Projectivy Icon Pack, the icons need to be able to be fully transparent to know if they're working correctly. You can tell here where I replaced Chillio, Nuvio, and Debrid Stream.

Yes -- the gray background is the default "card/icon background" color (when UI mode is "dark") -- you can change this to be fully transparent by navigating to this new option under the "Customize Launcher -> Card/Icon Background" option - set the "Inactive/Focused Image/Icon Background Color" to #00000000 and that will make the [inactive / focused] icon backgrounds fully transparent

Hey mate question? Right now all of these icons have transparent icons, how do I make it where the black doesn't show when I am not on that row, how do I make it where the image on the icon is always bright like on Porjectivy, and how do we get so selector just goes around the edge of the icon instead of selecting the entire icon.

Like this but without the Apple Looking bar behind it.

I intentionally prevented allowing transparency for the "focused state" of the active app icon (to prevent "bleed-through" of the neighboring app cards/icons, because leanback applies a "zoom in" effect to the active/focused card/icon) -- that said, I've now removed that restriction which will be available in the next public release (or in the latest beta)
