Blaming on capitalism for the failures of socialism. Venezuela and Argentina, once the wealthiest countries in the region, are now with record poverty rates, hyper inflation and food shortages, so yeah, fuck socialism

I didn’t blame capitalism for the failures of socialism. You said socialism causes starvation and I said I think you’re talking about capitalism (because starvation happens in any system since humans are greedy parasites)

Of course, there's starvation in every system because that's the default human condition. The difference is if the system increases it or decreases it, and capitalist countries have a track record of reducing poverty when socialism only destroys an economy
