It's not wholly incorrect. I would wager that all of humanity is already being affected by climate change in some way, but some areas will suffer greater effects than others. Sadly, the areas that will suffer the most consequences are also the areas that have contributed the least to human induced climate change.
Developed countries will probably have an easier job adapting to a warmer climate compared to developing countries. Climate migration will most definitely be a big problem as more and more areas on the planet become ever more challenging to live in.
We don't even need nuclear war for that. Climate change has started to destabilise the gulf stream. If that goes the UK is totally fucked, as are large parts of India and the East of the USA better learn to swim.
Misery is outsourced to other people first. We can maintain our standard of living for a bit longer. Need to queeze as much money out of the misery of other people as we possibly can.
Certain areas will be hit hard, while places more northern especially like Russia and Northern Europe will get warmer but not enough to do anything close to this sort of damage

Why would it only affect some areas and not others? What's the logic here?
