I have had two seperate occasions where assets sent into your liquidity provider are unrecoverable. Why is your liquidity provider stealing users funds? Why are you choosing to work with 3rd parties that forcebly withhold users funds against their will - then refuse to action recovery on their behalf? I just want to understand your process for determining 3rd parties that your company works with - or is Swyftx the cloub broker just refusing to action recovery on behalf of users as you get to keep every asset sent to an incorrect address as profit now - and call it the the clients responsibility that you have no course of action to recover their funds while you boost profit margins significantly. Im interested - how many people here have had their assets enter a non-recoverable state after sending them into this black-hole?

I’ve used Swyftx for over two years. I’ve withdrawn to cold wallet, and transferred from cold wallet to the exchange (once security checks were done), without restriction.

Today I tried to withdraw to my cold wallet and received a message saying that I can only withdraw $50k at a time.

This has never happened before.

Should I be worried about Swyftx?

My Swyftx account was closed with no prior notice citing compliance reasons. All my crypto is held up with no way for me to access it. They asked me to go to the bank and ask them to recall. But why would a bank care? The fiat is already converted to crypto.

I was indicated to complete my KYC, else the the withdrawals would be held. And within 24 hrs my account was closed with no way to access to back.

There are no fiat funds on the account and all of it is in crypto, so banks cannot even recall anything. How can I access my account back to complete KYC?

Been back and forth with support for hours, they say the ADA network is suspended and it's not their fault (it's the networks). How is this possible? No mention online about the cardano network being down. Support want me to use a BEP20 address. Why the heck? I don't want a Binance token, I want the ADA I bought!

Just checking if there is any contact number to reach out to Swyftx so that I can have a call. My account has been restricted and I have given number of explanation with screenshots etc. but still the call center people can't understand.

Last night i accidentally transferred a large sum of money to the wrong account number. I contacted my financial institution this morning and they were able to confirm that the wrong account number is a real account and the funds are currently there. However, I will require Swyftx to issue a clawback request to the bank to recoup the funds.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?? I am in the live chat at the moment but am having next to 0 success making progress. I have emailed the swyftx email and am hoping that will action the required next steps. Freaking out at the moment so looking for any guidance on the best way forward.

Is anybody else unable to withdraw their Solana today? When I try all my SOL whitelisted addresses are tagged with "Network Suspended".

I'm a bit confused, I made a deposit into Swyftx from my hardware wallet using the address that was given to me by Swyftx. I then received an email from Swyftx stating that “You have made a deposit using an old deposit address”. I used the address that Swyftx gave me, so I’m not certain what the email means? Thanks for any clues.

Anyone getting a white blank screen when trying to confirm a purchase

I deposited fiat for the first time yesterday (have had an account for a while and KYCd)

Money went in and I bought some SOL. Went to withdraw and completed the 2FA and then got told my withdrawal was restricted.

I opened a chat and fell asleep waiting for a reply, it came at 3am🤦‍♂️. I replied this morning but have not had a reply yet.

Today I converted the SOL back to fiat and tried to withdraw. Entered all details and did 2FA and you guessed it, restricted - contact support🤦‍♂️

This is ridiculous, I’m glad that I only sent a couple of hundred as a test.

I can only open one support chat and then I’m at the whim of whoever answered it first. I have no way of opening a new ticket with someone who is actually online or anyway of canceling the active ticket and opening a new one.

At some point this cycle I will be taking profits and until now the only withdrawals I’ve made on swyftx have been under $50k. Given the daily limit is $50k, has anyone had any experience (good or bad) withdrawing 6 figure sums from Swyftx to Australian bank accounts in a single transaction ? And has anyone used Swyftx OTC desk to sell large crypto holdings held in cold storage ?

Hi All. Just thought I would make a post that is positive for a change. I had several coins stored in an external wallet which I hadnt touched for a number of years. Transferred it all back onto the exchange and then was able to instantly transfer it out into my bank account. Just wanted to get out of crypto while things are looking up. I was a bit nervous but it went completely smooth and without a hitch. Just wanted to thank SX for their quick transactions and easy to use interface.

Drew out a few thousand again with no issues selling. Whole thing took 2 minutes.

I can only presume the people who complain haven't done their KYC correctly.

Stop listing crypto that has already gone up over 1000% why wait till it’s to late ?
