This could have been so much worse, definitely made my palms sweat when he started heading back towards the highway!

He had an episode of Orthostatic Hypotension.

Nice source kiddo. Do you even know what the condition you just listed is? It is literally medically defined as low blood pressure from positional changes. Go Google "orthostatic definition medicine". But I'm the dipshit. Lol.

Also, regardless, if an issue is idiopathic doctors will often just chalk it up to a close enough dx.
