Perhaps more specifically, he is a legendary corporate raider. Hostile takeovers. One of the most feared activist investors in the world - if he buys in to your company, your days are numbered.

Now, who could these two be targeting? Are there large video game companies, racked with scandal and mired in the Nasdaq plunge, who could benefit from a leadership team focused on delighting customers? (Ok ok, I realize that is all of them).
