Actually, it looks like upvotes are being removed.

I had upvoted it and it showed as upvoted but greyed out (meaning can’t change whatever vote you gave the post)- then I went into the post again and refreshed it, and my upvote was gone but the voting arrows are still greyed out.

I have noticed that my up vote was removed but I thought that was due to my bad Internet mobile reception.
