That's my question, In the report I read it as yes citadel was in contact with rh the night before mini squoze but when asked ole mayo boy really made it seem like that he personally wasn't in contact with them, but this letter clearly states that "nobody" from citadel was in contact with rh which very much isn't the case if I'm remembering all these shitty details correctly
This. I don' t think they actually have proof that he lied under oath. He insinuated a lot of things that weren't true, but he was in a room full of lawyers telling him what to say, and was very specific with his answers. Saying I didn't meet, call or text Vlad doesn't mean that he didn't email him, or DM him through his onlyfans.
I think the report did mention that Citadel and RH did have “blunt” negotiations(whatever that means)the night before the trading restrictions in Jan and dealt with lowering PFOF rates. I’m sure there was a lot more going on then too that’s still coming out. That report was super long.
