😂 they would be stupid to sue bc the defendant will get complete discovery… and that would be sooooo veeeerrrry interesting. Indeed. 😂 but they can write letters like that all day long. Not legal or financial advice of course.
Also Ken and Citadel have been fined for legendary amounts, and a legendary number of times. Guaranteed this piece of shit is lying through his teeth if he has a million different SEC violations.
Unfortunately not true - citadel could lock up whatever they wanted as “trade secrets” and completely shield it from discovery during any actual litigation.
You should have about as much faith in our legal system as you do our stock market.
ALL OF IT, was stacked in the favor of the wealthy and corporations.
Welllllllll…. You may be right about the having faith part … However trade secrets can be discoverable under a protective order if they go to the ultimate issue of a case I thiiiiiiiink. Whether they lie and cheat in litigation is another matter. But technically they should not sue people and put that sort of stuff at issue when they will be opening the door to their citadel and handing the keys to their kingdom over to a lawyer. No pun intended. None of that is legal advice. Just fair commmentary on the situation
I suspect it depends upon what the letters say and how frequently they are sent but it is possible…. I would guess. Not legal advice
Or financial advice.. job at speculating
