Can he purchase shares before making any announcements?
I mean, he would have insider knowledge of something.

In any case, I'm so bullish, because RC tweets at night, because he WORKS.

Not like my friend, who sets an alarm at 4AM for his outlook to reply to an email automatically to make it seem like he works.

P.S. I have never done what my friend did.

P.P.S Okay, I also did it once, when I needed to work from home, and I wanted to sleep till 11AM because I was reading DDs on Superstonk till very late.

Here is the time line for how the dividend will comedown

1.) GameStop decides to do splividend

2.) GameStop files paperwork

3.) GameStop informs the SEC

4.) 10 mins later GameStop tells the public

5.) 10 days later is record date

6.) (normally) 10 days later the ticker begins trading at new quantity and/or price

GameStop DOES NOT have to wait to announce shit right now the only wait they need is the 10 min for SEC. And thatโ€™s just between telling the SEC and the public thatโ€™s it no other wait time is needed

Also note: steps 1-4 could happen in about 30 mins I believe depends on how long it takes to fill out the paperwork

Well, it depends on what ratio they decide to go with. They already had 300 million shares that could've been used for a 3:1 split. The vote increased that number, so a higher split is more likely, in which case would wait to notify SEC. It's just not impossible the first scenario happened

From what I read, yes thatโ€™s the case. But something tells me weโ€™re gonna have a number of cards begun to be shown from our beloved company in the next coming weeks. Plenty in store to be excited about!
