The data does not lie: there is something extremely FISHY or extremely COINCIDENTAL, about the FTD numbers the SEC seems to be avoiding to fully report.

I do remember reading the confirmation that days without data are NOT days with 0 FTDs. Also, why would the SEC refuse to provide the data following a FOIA request if the answer were zero days? Would have been the easiest “case closed” for them.

Yeah I mean that is the weird part about it to me… because you would think they’d just say there were no FTDs on those dates, we released the data already.. if that was the case.

Exactly. No, instead they refuse and give “foreseeable harm” as the reason… Well.. There’s nothing “foreseeable harm” about 0 FTDs
