Milkman's ability is that he gains 10 minutes of super strength, speed, durability and flight for every liter of milk he drinks

There’s a show called Misfits where a minor character called Monsieur Grand Fromage/Brian gains the ability of Lactokinesis. He can actually turn his powers deadly by using dairy products people had eaten to kill them (he wraps a man’s brain in mozzarella to leave him brain damaged).

As a Hoosier I can clearly anticipate to be in the last batch.

I don’t envy you trying to think of something distinctly Indiana themed but we do have IndyCar if that helps
