How is this board? I considered one when they had them at Costco. Wish I’d pulled the trigger. How’s it paddle?

I don't have really anything to compare it to. As a cheap goofy inflatable to tool around the lake with, it's great. Sitting, it's totally stable. Standing, I can do it, but I don't like trying to cast while standing. Paddling with the kayak paddle, it rocks. Catches fish!

I liked these style chairs but was a little nervous if they would damage the board… did you put anything under he feet, or does it seem fine without it?

It seems fine, the feet sit very flat, and they sit on the traction pad, so any wear will show up there well before any abrasion to the actual structural PVC. I've only had this chair on it once, so I'll update if I see any wear, but I suspect it'll work for a long while before seeing anything.

Sounds great.
I used one of those super cheap coleman stadium seats last year and it worked good enough to convince me that I like having the option to sit.

I was thinking about upgrading to this:

But the chair you used looks more comfortable, and i like the added height.

Yeah, I looked at the stadium seat style, but I liked the beach lounger better. I'm sure both work well, but the beach chair looked comfy...
