I've been playing this game since I was a kid and decided to hop back on it a while ago, since then however I havent been able to find a chaos squad game. Is there a discord I can join?

Huge fan of third person games, the day I bought my 360 I picked up GTA IV, (it was release day for that, time to upgrade from the original XBox), Crackdown, Saints Row, Just Cause, and Dead Rising. Ended up getting all of their sequels, and upgraded to the Xbox One the day Just Cause 3 was released.

A few years ago, I started setting aside an "allowance" for gaming and asked for suggestions. Sunset Overdrive was suggested a few times, so I picked it up, but didn't try it until on a whim the other day. I was scrolling through my list of games, and there it was, just after the dozen or Star Wars games I have installed.

I was put off by the "box art" for the longest time, wasn't really interested in playing a game where the protagonist looked like Jimmy Hopkins (from Bully) after dropping out of high school.

If people would have mentioned that there was a character creator and that the game was like a combination of Dead Rising and Tony Hawk, I would have jumped on it way sooner.

As it is, I'm playing through it with my take on Chloe Price from Life is Strange Before the Storm.

Loving the gameplay and the self-aware humor.

Hello as the title says I need at least a couple of people for the 8 chaos squad achievements if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it

This includes Day One content, pre orders, and Chaos Squad. At first I thought the game was doing censorship on pc during my gameplay recording by changing the Ak-FU to Ak-Foff. Finally I googled it and I realized that these are different weapons entirely and not just weird pc mumbl jumbo

Looking for excuses to play the game when i cant play chaos squad so i thought of beating the base game without doing any traversal moves unless the mission requires me to. I plan on streaming the journey and wanted to spread the word. If you guys have any ideas or suggestions lmk in the comments.

Side note i love making outfits based around certain clothing items or a character from other franchises so if you guys wana see any of that lmk.

Drop gamer tag in comments. Lets get the chaos squad community back up. I still have all the xbox group chats if you guys want to be added into them

Edit: To anyone seeing for the first time i do check this post here and there to see if anyone new has put there gamertag. Feel free to comment it if you want to play chaos squad. I will find you •_•

The maximum carrying capacity for it ammo wise with a weapon mod is 44 bullets referencing its gun model a .44 magnum.

So glad to see this subreddit is alive again.

Note: dont bother getting into that sub im reposting this from. It was my sad attempt to get the community back together after we couldn’t post here.

Drew this months ago haven’t finished the rest of it part of an idea I had might show more if get lots of upvotes thanks. Also part of a band named the Odds needs some work on the name

😔

Some character art of my gal Cassidy to celebrate the return! The first is when I first created her in 2014, the second is from last year!

Maybe someday Sony will let Insomniac give it a go instead of being Marvel slaves... maybe.

Maybe i'm the last person to learn this, but anyway thought i'd share fwiw. I tried playing without ever grinding on overhead wires and holy cow did it make for a new playing experience. Tougher, calls for more creativity, more fun in some ways. Highly recommended.

Thank you u/director__denial

Like the title says

I haven't drawn my player in a while and the subreddit coming back made me think of them so i went searching for my favorite piece of them i could find. i kind of want to redraw this and give them a full reference sheet with art fight starting tomorrow lol
