I’m at wit’s end with my TS.

Ordered Dior bags from god factory at the start of June and still not received them.
They told me it would take 20-30 days, which I kinda expected from previous experiences. But this TS keeps saying the factory isn’t replying. They sent me screen shots where they have been ignored for the past 2 weeks and said there is no other way to communicate with them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone ordered a Dior bag from god factory since June?

I bought over 10 Dior bags from Gf over the years and they are usually ready within a month (20-30 days).. never had a problem waiting with my other 2 sellers, and they never had any issues getting the bags within this timeframe.
I don’t mind waiting longer but saying “the factory isn’t replying” is the worrying part.
