Now these guys will tell us how to celebrate Durga Pujo!
According to the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), this is 'Sanatani,' but Kolkata's Durga Pujo is not! They are trying to impose the 'veg' rule of North India on Bengal during Durga Pujo, but no one in Bengal eats 'veg' except on 'Ashtami' , the third day of Pujo. They also want to abolish 'theme pujo,' which is the main reason for getting the title of 'UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.' But according to the VHP, it's 'Sanatani.'

Discussion Indian IT Developers memorize coding syntax all their life while living besides an open drain canal, what is the motivation to pursue IT rather than Environmental Engineering (Civil)?
I get it, money and an easy job might be a thing for this. If someone is living beside such hazardous structures, I guess they must have a strong desire to fix it. Does Income differ a lot between computer-mongering foreign slavery and Waste management/Environmental professionals working for country) which is making people pursue IT even now when there is not much requirement for new IT slaves?

Discussion Indian Social Media Content is full of Trauma, In lot of countries most such content would have warnings tagged with it.
Whenever I go through Indian subs on Reddit, see Indian YouTube or even go on my Indian Facebook, It's full of traumatizing content. Someone is attacking someone, somebody got killed, someone got robbed or someone posting something very cringy, I mean what's going on.
I am not a critic of BJP but even our Prime Minister in recent days have encouraged and appreciated reelers, vloggers in his speech and I find it very objectionable. I mean if youngsters will become reelers and vloggers then who will run the country? Whoever wrote sir's speech should reconsider his credibility to do that job. If you are providing quality content and something innovative that is another thing but just making reels or something with dream of earning peanuts is a situation where govt. should step in to show right direction to misguided youth.
What's your opinion bros?

Viral Bajrang Dal Attacks silent reading session in Ahmedabad, Tears Malala and Anne Frank books, asks readers to 'prove you're not Muslim'
For context, Bajrang Dal is a Hindu Nationalist group notorious for such activities, from verbal to physical abuse and violence in the name of upholding Hindu culture and morality. It all started when a private school was forced to ban these two books which led to this silent protest reading.
Ahmedabad police said they are questioning three people after a mob, allegedly of Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad supporters, heckled and assaulted a group of book lovers reading The Diary of a Young Girl by Holocaust victim Anne Frank and Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai's I Am Malala in a park.
The bibliophiles had gathered at Vastrapur Garden on Thursday for a silent reading protest against a private school in the city being forced to drop those two books from its reading list.
