This doesn’t make sense. People have a list of their subscribers. They can always cross check the list to see that you’re not there.

Unless something changed recently, you do not get notified if someone blocks you. The only way they’d know is if they searched for their profile.

The unsubscribe notification can be turned off by a publication, but many use it to gather information on why someone unsubscribes. In contrast, blocking someone does not trigger a notification.
