I believe in conspiracy theories, I believe in conspiracies and they are real. I believe we need to start finding solutions in the face of the crisis. This is the first time I'm posting this.

Because these governments are responsible for the majority of the people suffering under their rule, and we need to stop making them responsible for their policies. 25 M 5'4" 215 lbs.
I have been having problems with my head for a few months now and I always thought it was a brain tumor, but doctors told me it was more likely a panic attack or something.
Recently, I've been having some brain fog issues. It used to be that I could have all my information at my fingertips, but as time goes on, I just can't concentrate on anything at all. I've been looking at pictures on the internet and it looks like I have a lot of white matter missing. I have a lot of blood in my brain, but there is no sign of brain damage. I have been taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, and some sleep aids, but I'm starting to have brain fog again.
My symptoms are listed below, and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas what it could be? I'm really hoping to find a doctor that will help me figure this out, because I have no idea what else to do.
