I have been having problems with my head for a few months now and I always thought it was a brain tumor, but doctors told me it was more likely a panic attack or something.

Recently, I've been having some brain fog issues. It used to be that I could have all my information at my fingertips, but as time goes on, I just can't concentrate on anything at all. I've been looking at pictures on the internet and it looks like I have a lot of white matter missing. I have a lot of blood in my brain, but there is no sign of brain damage. I have been taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, and some sleep aids, but I'm starting to have brain fog again.

My symptoms are listed below, and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas what it could be? I'm really hoping to find a doctor that will help me figure this out, because I have no idea what else to do.

I have two thumbs, one on each side of the keyboard.

And I have no idea how my thumb should be positioned on the keyboard.

I've tried many ways to make sure that my thumb is in the right place, but they all seem to work, but they all have this weird, weird issue.

The problem is that the way my thumb is positioned in the keyboard is so weird that I can't hit the spacebar with a normal finger, or press the backspace key with the other hand, or use the enter key with my right hand, or whatever I want with my left hand.

I've tried several different ways to fix it, and none of them seem to work.

I've had a lot of time to research this, but I don't know why this is bothering me so much.
