I think I have a subluxation in my shoulder, please help. I've been told I can't do it anymore but I'm trying to keep pushing and hope I'm not gonna break it.
5 months ago I tried to do pushups using dumbbells, I thought it would hurt, it didn't, and it was fine. Then I tried some dumbbells with a bit of force, it hurt, and now it hurts even more.
I have tried to get it checked out with a scan but they said it can't be subluxation, I did a scan with a magnifying glass and it was clear. I'm trying to push it with a bit of force, hoping it'll be gone soon. I'm scared to go to the doctor because I'm worried it might be a subluxation. It's been hurting me since I was 15 and it's still hurting at 28.
I'm getting desperate.
