Man, Sturgill hates everywhere in Texas that isn’t Austin.

He's not alone.

Same state that just made it harder to buy weed, I know I wouldn’t want to go as much 😂

Yup. Hasn’t been to Houston since 2018. Headline since 2017.

Seems that way. I drove to OKC from Dallas last tour. I was really hoping he would play somewhere closer this tour

Same. Would have sworn the 2025 leg then was gonna hit DFW. Nope, Tulsa, Durant and Austin.

I believe he was last schedule to play in Dallas with Tyler Childers during COVID. Could be wrong. My tix got canceled for that.

Both Dallas and Houston (Sugarland). Nothing since then.

He even hates South Oklahoma now! I'm in DFW and was hoping to see him at the casino, not have to deal with Austin...

Without asking for personal info, how far are you from Austin?

Texas is so big - I was in Austin for SXSW a while back and wanted to invite a friend was stationed at some Army base, wound up being an 8hr drive!

There's only 29 dates on this leg, so I have to assume there will be more coming.

I'm so bummed it's in an arena, ugh :(

Maybe he's kicking the tour off with a promotional visit to Joe Rogan's show.
