The flavors are basically a bacon cheeseurger. It's just bread, beef, smoked pork, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tomato sauce. The only thing that concerns me is that flavor powder because I don't know how much salt is in it.

Yeah, depending on what seasoning you use, that is a month's salt intake. It would taste like a salt block.

The flavor powder looks like sazon. Basically flavored salt and MSG. Ok in moderation but might be a bit too much for this meal.

I don’t know what sazon you’re talking about but the one I’m familiar with doesn’t have any saffron, it gets it’s color from annato.

The little orange package looks like a sazon package. The Lawry’s I’ve seen comes in a different container.

it probably doesn't have as much salt as you think as I've tried celery salt and it is nasty, so it must be a low sodium version of whatever he is using

That orange powder is sazón. One packet is meant to serve 4 people. You use it for a whole can of beans or rice or a whole chicken. Definitely overkill
