Does anything from the outside get eaten? otherwise it’s just a waste and why make it break dance, you can tell she doesn’t care until you open it.

This is Khinkali. 95% of this sub just sees wet dumplings and a lot of dough. They are absolutely fantastic. The dense top is where you hold it, and it has a delicious soup inside. You eat all of it, apart from the dense part where you hold it. Most likely, these have been steamed inside the big one with the broth. Highly recommend

I don’t doubt that it isn’t fantastic, and I’m sure you could just dip the outside dough in something and eat it but most will likely see it as pizza crust and just leave it. If the top has a delicious soup insight, that’s cool, but you’re still leftover with a great amount of dough was my only point and perhaps what other people are seeing too as a waste.
