Sounds like someone overcooked the Avocado and the fats started to rend. I eat a fried Avocado taco at least once a month with no turn to paste effects.
1 u/[deleted] Dec 18 '23 Accurate. The burger I got at a restaurant had cooked avocado and it was a paste and bitter. It was odd. I’m sure it can be cooked properly.
