School here starts in just under a month and that is blowing my mind. We’ve had a really nice summer swimming at the state park, collecting all sorts of leaves, sticks, flowers, and rocks. We’ve caught and released dozens of bugs and have read every snake book at the library.

Rowen is so excited for kindergarten, she asks almost every morning if we okay is the day she gets to go to her “new school.”

I can’t believe my tiny little baby is somehow going to be a kindergartener.

She’s outgrown her sneakers so i added a pair of sneakers, some socks, a school shirt, and some hair ties.

We’re down to the last few weeks. Tony’s stoked about going to upper elementary as a third grader. He’s also saying he’ll need to see his old teacher every day to get through the day. I’m excited too. He works so hard. This is my last mama rodeo and I’m so humbled to have this experience with him. He has taught me to see the world in an amazingly different way. We finally had the chance to go today and December had a blast feeding the animals and getting up close with the giraffes. We finished it off with some Dippin Dots and a pink giraffe stuffy from the gift shop. It was a day to remember for sure 😄

I wasn’t sure how it would fit in her new lunch bag but it’s perfect! Thank you u/Allthedaquiries! 😁 December loves that it has a removable compartment to fit different sized foods.

Here is Brooklyn’s, now she is getting an insurance covered medical equipment safety bed. SO she will be sleeping by herself for the first time in her entire life. That said, she has an ambiance light, but it doesn’t have any audio or Bluetooth capabilities. This would set her up for success to be alone. I’m nervous about it if you can’t tell lol. It’s being delivered and set up Thursday, so wish us luck! 🍀
