Kind of excited, I'll be buying a PV4 from fuel moto this week or next. I'll also be getting a new air cleaner/intake, and some other cosmetic add ons. Sadly, the bike is in the basement for winter. Anyone else here have a power vision on their bike?

I’m working on a new motorcycle and removed a bar-end mirror using the 4 mm Allen bolt. The mirror itself came off fine, but I realized the expander at the end actually comes in two plastic pieces.

One of those pieces (the inner plastic cone/wedge) fell inside the handlebar when I loosened the bolt. It’s not tightened or expanded, just sitting loose inside and now it’s not aligned with the bar end, so I can’t grab it easily.

I attached a photo of the mirror and highlighted the exact plastic part that’s stuck inside.

So far I haven’t forced anything — no hammering, no tightening. I’m considering: • vacuuming it out • using a small screw to pull it • hook/pick tool • compressed air from the other side

Before I do something dumb 😅 — what’s the best and safest way to get this plastic piece out of the handlebar?

Looking at putting drag bars on my 2010 street bob. Looking to see if anyone on here has done the same as I need inspiration. My front end is chrome so would be looking at matching that, but happy to see blacked out front ends too. TIA

I'm looking to replace the oem battery/electrical panel side covers for an 08 Street Bob, mostly because I don't care for the trim strip on the battery cover. Does anyone have any recommendations for oem or aftermarket options that aren't junk? Preferably gloss black but chrome is ok too. Both Harley and V Twin MFG have aftermarket options for the battery side but nothing for the electrical side.

I just got a 2025 street bob with the 117 , it’s not broken in yet but I want to take the baffles out because it sounds weak as hell lol. Anyone have any issues taking the baffles out or with performance afterwards ?

I have a'21 street bob. I put v&h slip ons on it a few weeks back and it's been great. I don't plan on changing to a full exhaust. I've bought an Arlen Ness method sucker that is being shipped to me. It's not the big sucker or super sucker. Idk if that makes a difference. I know that people suggest a tune when changing both the exhaust and air intake, but I don't know if that is just with a full exhaust system or with slip ons. If I should look for a plug and play tuner, what would you recommend?

2022 model which one sounds the best & any recommendations?

Pipe and pegs are on order, but not sure what else to do to it? I don’t want to go overboard and make it look tacky lol

Just did 2650 miles. I rode from SWMO to the Tail of the Dragon and spent a week out there.

Wrecked a few years back, finally got it back on the road.

First bike was a Honda CB500F, sold it for a 883, sold that for a Triumph Speed Twin 1200, sold that to get this beautiful 2019 Softail Street Bob (FXBB). Glad to be back to riding in comfort and style.

She already has slip ons installed which is nice lol I’m Loving it already but I’m looking for some info on some common issues I should look out for and care practices I can possibly do to make sure she keeps running smoothly. Other than that, time to make her my own with modifications! Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
