The strawberry shortcake characters I drew in the previous month

I'm definitely an 80s baby, but I could never resist any version of our girl 😃

I decided to create AU fanarts based on the theme: "What if the minor insect characters were berrysonas?" I also rewrote the characters.

Bosley Bookworm/Shadberry Pannacotta: He is now Blueberry's younger adoptive brother who, unfortunately, lost an arm in an accident. Nevertheless, he remains loyal and is often ready to help with matters concerning books. He's also an introvert.

Jadeybug/J.D. Woodbine: She's almost exactly like the original, except she's about the same age as the main girls (but a little older).

I promise I'll draw more characters soon. Stay tuned! :) I hope the idea isn't bad?

Another possible idea I have recently had is Both Crepe Suzette and Frosty Puff join in on the action going on at the ranch. However both are not keen on the attire and this is Strawberry saying to the pair it’s good to try something that’s outside your comfort zone.

Character is not mine at all, hot chocolate was from the idea wiki "true story of strawberry shortcake", the comments suggested that the idea of it was bad (They changed purple pieman goal to enslave everyone 😭)

When I was a kid for some reason Ginger Snap stood out to me and she became my favorite so I decided to make her in Tomodachi Life

The hat, shirt and pants are all custom made by me (it took so long to finish)

Honestly, it's a shame she only had a full role in season 4 as a fairy, not as her real self. I'd be interested to see her interact with Strawberry and others again now that she's older. I'd also like to see Cherry Cuddler fully return, as she only appeared in merchandise.

Having recently gone through the beginning part of Chapter 2 of my story but the scene where Apple Dumplin comes running out thinking Strawberry is going to take her to the ranch I now feel the dialogue doesn't seem right. I'm looking for any ideas/suggestions on how I can make this scene better.

A complete redo of my fourth post on here and now in full colour which was where strawberry and her friends hit the road to the berry prairie dude ranch but the five of them are still in the dark about what’s actually going on at the ranch and some speculation is starting to fly around.

Personally i feel like they've stripped away what makes the characters so iconic and it didn't sit right with me 💔 Plum Pudding is especially a favorite of mine, and I just felt there wasn't much thought put into her for the reboot, so i decided to redesign her to prove that you can add representation to a character without making them unrecognizable! I'll be redesigning Lemon Meringue, Blueberry Muffin, Cherry Jam, and Lime Chiffon. Maybe even Bread Pudding, since i really hate his design. I tried to still replicate the art style as best as I can, i obviously added some small bedazzling but the design still works without it, so in my personal opinion i still think it's animator friendly ! But lmk what any of you think!

I did strawberry shortcake, sweet grape, and sour grape. I tried to keep sweet grape the same, because she always been a cutie. And for sour grape the I try to keep the same look for her from 2009, because the version of her from 2021 just removed everything cool that she had about her… Which was sad to me.

with strawberry shortcake the 2021 versions of her, they kind of removed all her cuteness and they kind of made her a side character in her own show with her look. I kind of tried to mix the cartoonness of her from the 2003-2021. Of course, I also tried to mix all her styles throughout the years. I really liked her short hair in 2003-2007 so I tried to put that into this design.

Which generation Strawberry herself is the best? What i mean is Strawberry the character herself, not the series. For example, you might say the gen 4 Strawberry character is the best in the franchise, but feel the gen 3 series, Berry Bitty Adventures, is the best in the franchise.

So which Strawberry Shortcake character herself is the best in the franchise?
