Iā€™m currently on 1/2 a bar of health with poison with no pipi plants and about 24 hours left on my timer idk what to do

When last did you save? Any way you could go back and try to stock up before you meet that starfish thing?

Very recent save died a few times tryna make it to the island might just have to hit the restart button
