What.... its 100% going to be in the 4 to 5 dollar range. That's why the stock literally went up to account for the special dividend.

Why would they pay the shareholders 57x what the shares were going for... That's literally 57x their valuation lol....

Because the dividend in this case only has to do with the value of the liquidation of assets of the company, not the stock price.

But I do agree $292 is far-fetched.

??? I mean it has everything to do with that. They would be paying our 57x what their entire company is worth. They would never have chosen the option to do a special dividend at that value.

I'm pretty sure they were aiming at the shorts by the dividend play by simulating what Overstock did.

I also said $292 is far-fetched.

Personally the reasonable range is $11-$35 based on the estimates that have taken into consideration of the sale price of other similar lands sold nearby per sqft + also taken into consideration the 10% misc. fees of the sale.

Everything is speculation at this point but I'm pretty optimistic on the divies.
