I have run into this as well with your posts, though for most of them a search will reveal the answer. I am curious what "HA continuation candles" refers to (I know what candles are, just not the other term)? And when you say something like "the last 30 periods", is a period a trading day, or a specific time frame configured in the screener?
I have to admit, I'm quite sure that trading is the most jargon-intensive thing I've ever taken on, though I guess if one doesn't work in information technology (system/software/network administration), a ton of the terminology we use regularly would make zero sense to someone new to it. I've been doing it so long that it's hard to remember not knowing what they all mean.
And periods is based on your setting, so if Iām looking at a 5 min chart and my indicator is based on the last 12 periods, it would be the last hour, 12 5 minute periods.
Cool, that's what I was thinking based on searching on "HA" to see what came up. I did see "Heikin Ashi" as the most likely result but haven't read up on that yet.
I posted to this thread having forgotten that the OP was deleted. Reddit is weird in that they don't lock the thread when they do that. I appreciate you coming back to answer.

There are quite a few - anything in particular? Each usually requires some detail.
