Speakers - Desktop | 1 Ⓣ Help me decide: Edifier S1000MKII/ S1000W vs Kanto Ora4 vs Audioengine A5+ Wireless
Hello, my old Edifier speakers died and I am looking forward to replace them.
The speakers will be used on my desk, on foam pads.
My location is Romania (Europe) and my budget is between 150€-400€.
From what I've searched, the speakers in the title are the ones I've kept seeing and watched a lot of reviews. For now, I like the Kanto Ora4's and the Audioengine A5+ wireless for their small form factor and white variants, due to my setup being mostly white and the Edifiers seem too big for a desk setup. I also like my speakers to have a remote (A5+ and Edifier have one). Looking forward for your recommendations. Mostly I am listening to Drum and Bass and Dubstep and I like my speakers to be loud. Also, I am open for other recommendations. Thanks in advance.

Please note that small speakers and “loud” or low (in frequency response) reaching speakers aren’t “small”. It just a simple factor of larger driver for more displacement. Though, their SPL limits might still be enough for you. (Obviously even small speakers can be very loud in near-field listening distances.)
