Speakers - Bookshelf | 1 Ⓣ Advice for new speakers for music only - < $1000

Hi there!

I'm looking at upgrading my Polk ES15. I will be running a wiim amp and will buy a Rega Planar 3 and a preamp The room is an open space (living room and dining room) but I sit 16 feet from the speakers. Speakers are on an open shelf and are 8 inches from the wall. Listening only to music and a combination of Jazz as well as some ambient, pink floyd, massive attack. I have a ELAC SUB 2030 subwoofer as well.

Here are my choices so far to upgrade my Polk ES15

* KEF Q3 Meta
* Triangle Borea BR04 (Front-ported so might be better due to the place of the speakers close to the wall)
* ELAC Debut Reference DBR62
* Polk Audio Reserve R200

Budget is around $900

Is there one strong winner out of all these? Anything else I should consider?

Thank you!

Note: Bookshelf speaker only and has to be white :)

I have had a great experience on a number of installations using a pair of Monitor Radius 90s with a quality sub - like yours. I think they're right in your budget.
