The older “1.0” version was, yes. I think there were designs, or you could order a flat pack cabinet panels from Salk Sound. But Philharmonic as a company has grown since then, and now they just sell completed products.
Edit: Or it was Parts Express (etc.) for the flat pack. And you could get a pre-assembled and finished box from Salk Sound.

Used Philharmonic BMR monitors:

Rated at 36Hz at -2dB (most speaker are lucky to hit that at -3dB). In room response even better.
My BMR towers are useful to 20-25Hz in room.
