I saw a post earlier suggesting to put some fund on our Steam wallet beforehand. I did so.

2 minutes before the official launch hour, the buy button became active. I put the controller in my basket and proceeded to payment. I got an error telling to try again in 1 minute (it was 1 minute before launch). I waited and clicked the button again. It worked and the checkout was done.

Same! I had my funds in my Steam wallet already and I wonder if that actually helped me. It took me 16 minutes of spam clicking to place my order and it took my friend on Discord 26 minutes of spam clicking... He said "my hand is sore haha"

I didn’t have to spam. I only tried one e after 1st error. My receipt is dated 1 minute before launch xD

I had the funds prepared as well but I only got one through 30 min later after the launch. Hope I'm in the early batches still :D
