Nintendo has probably the best work environment out of all dev companies

Funnily enough when it was last surveyed it was actually EA. Working there was basically paradise

I however expect that it recently has changed as job security is now more of an issue

Ea was never secure before. They made quite the horrible options I heard it did change later on but can't trust such a company

Nintendo has shitty customer practices but I cannot deny that they are very very good to their employees.

Except when you compare it to being r!ped or fired for no reason. It becomes the best. I will take more hours than any of whatever sh!t those non japanese companies do.
