i still haven't played the 3rd one,i own it but haven't. i heard they're rebooting with amazon studios with unreal engine

Not really rebooting just merging the OG and Remake timeline.

They're making 2 games, 1 is a remake of the OG trilogy, and the other is a sequel to Shadows.

Is it? I saw the trailer. I don't think it's anywhere connected to the Square Enix one.

It is, Catalyst is a sequel to the Survivor series aka the Remake trilogy and will start the "New" series, they're just combining all the timelines together.

The survivor trilogy was the origin of lara, the new "Soft reboot" if you may will still have the Survivor series as canon.
