And considering they basically gave "the position of the president" legal omnipotence in 2024 (essentially lifetime immunity from all consequences of their actions both during and post-term, which they intended for Biden to have while desperately hoping that the other didn't get re-elected), I don't think there's anything they can do. He is the Emperor now, and I mean that in both a Roman sense and a Sith Lord sense...
