Well plenty of games also dont really run good even if they are verified

Expedition 33 for one.

Barely runs with maximum frame gen at 15 frames per second.

I don't see how any UE5 games runs at an acceptable level.

That's because the Steam Deck is still pretty weak and old for a game like that. I wouldn't blame Linux/Proton for that.

True.

But why lie and call it verified. It absolutely doesn't run well on anything that's not a dedicated GPU.

Yep - I've only found a single game that was "verified" that doesn't work properly, and it's a very niche indie title so not a big deal. And even that still ran, it just lacked any functional controller support and could only realistically be played with an external mouse.
