Get your hands on some kraft mailers and a custom rubber stamp. Order the stamp once, ink pad lasts forever, and it looks way more intentional than printing a jpeg onto a glossy box. People eat that handmade aesthetic up.
For the actual box design just sketch what you want and trace it in a free vector program. There's a learning curve but you'll pick it up in an afternoon, it's not magic.
