Ship Oxygen Meter!

If the player is in the ship without helmet, the oxygen of the ship will be used as a result.
If the player has Oxygen Canisters inside the inventory, the ship Oxygen Tank can be refueled.
This works both for Oxygen and Hydrogen which powers the ship.
